摘要
目的:观察3种不同中医治未病方案治疗5岁及以下儿童变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法:将150例变应性鼻炎患儿随机分为3组,3组都给予天灸的同时,一组加中药内服,二组加穴位注射,三组加中药内服和穴位注射,根据病情进行分级治疗,比较3组间的临床疗效及中医证候改善情况。结果:在临床疗效及中医证候改善方面,治疗一组与二组比较差异均无统计意义(P>0.05),治疗三组与治疗一、二组比较差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:3个治疗组根据病情分级治疗儿童变应性鼻炎,均有确切疗效,其中治疗三组疗效最好。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of 3 kinds of different TCM regimen in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children under age 5. Methods： 150 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into 3 groups; 3 groups were given days moxibustion everyday, group 1 was added Chinese herbal medicine, group 2 was added acupuncture injection, group 3 was added Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture point injection. The treatment was due to disease severity classification and clinical curative effect and improved syndrome of TCM were compared between the 3 groups. Results： In clinical curative effect and improved syndrome of TCM, group 1 and group 2 had no statistical significance （ P〉0.05 ） , group 3 had statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） with group 1 and group 2. Conclusion： 3 treatment groups, according to the grading for treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis, has exact curative effect with group 3 as their best.
