摘要
证候是中医学特有的概念,多年来,诸多学者对证候实质及其标准化做了大量研究。代谢组学的在体观察、代谢产物检测及动态观测等方法与中医学"整体观念""辨证论治"的思维模式具有吻合性,是中医证候标准化研究的重要技术方法。以代谢组学为技术手段,以病证结合的方式对小儿病毒性肺炎相关证候进行比较研究,有望建立基于代谢成分表达差异的小儿病毒性肺炎及中医证候分型标准化"特征谱库",并为类似中医证候客观化研究提供借鉴。
Syndrome is a concept unique to the traditional Chinese medicine. Many researchers have spent time on researching the nature of syndrome and syndrome standardization for many years. The methods used in metabonomics such as in vivo observation, detection of metabolite and dynamic observation share common features with the ideas of holism and syndrome differentiation and treatment in TCM in thinking patterns, which is the most important technique and method on syndrome standardization study. By means of metabonomic techniques, the comparative study by combination of disease and syndrome might help establish Characterized Spectrum Database based on the differential expressions in pediatric viral pneumonia and syndrome differentiation pattern standardization of TCM, so as to provide the useful methods in study of syndrome standardization.
