摘要
牵引拉杆是轨道车辆中的一个重要承载部件,为确保该结构使用的安全可靠性,利用HyperMesh和ANSYS软件建立了牵引拉杆有限元模型,对其刚度和强度进行了分析,在分析中考虑了结构的材料非线性和接触状态非线性。实验测试结果充分验证了有限元分析的准确性。
Traction rod is an important component of the railway vehicle, to ensure the rehablhty ot its usage, the finite element model of the traction rod is developed using HyperMesh and ANSYS package, and its stiffness and strength is analyzed, the material nonlinearity and contact state nonlinearity is considered in the analysis. The experimental result validates the accuracy of the finite element analysis.
