摘要
利用Pro/Engineer和ADAMS软件建立某柴油机配气机构系统的动力学模型,并对其进行多体动力学仿真分析,得到了配气机构进气门的运动规律和关键运动件间的作用力,以及不同转速对气门的影响,为后续柴油机整机振动和噪声的分析及预测提供了更为精确的边界条件。
The dynamic model of a certain diesel engine's valve actuating mechanism is built by ADAMS and Pro/Lngmeer, and the dynamic characteristics of the diesel engine valve actuating mechanism are simulated. The motion situation and the forces between main moving parts are obtained. Then by changing rotate speed, the effect of the rotating speed on valve is analyzed, which provides more precise boundary conditions for analysis and forecast of vibration and noise.
