摘要
通过对30例椎间盘突出的案例的伤情鉴定,比较系统地介绍了椎间盘突出的病因及鉴定中需注意的问题.事实上,椎间盘退行性变是突出的内因,真正外伤性的很少.
According to 30 cases of protrusion of the intervertebral disc, we systematically introduced the cause of protrusion of the intervertebral disc and points for attention when degree of the injury is determined. In the fact, recessive degeneration is major internal cause of protrusion of the intervertebral disc, only very few cases is caused by trauma.
