摘要
通过研究木粉含量对杨木粉-HDPE复合材料密度、吸水率、力学性能和流变行为的影响,结果发现:木粉含量由50%增加到70%时,复合材料的密度增大了15%,吸水率变大,弯曲强度提高了10%,弹性模量提高了约78%,但冲击强度下降了32%;流变研究表明,随着木粉含量增加复合材料的类固体行为更加显著。
The effect of wood powder content on density, water absorption rate, mechanical prperties and rheologi- cal behavior of wood powder/high density polyethylene(HDPE) composites was studied. The results showed that when wood powder content was increased from 50% to 70%, the water absorption rate of HDPE composite was promoted, the density flexural strength, and elastic modulus was increased by 15%, 10% and 78% ,respectively,whereas the impact strength was decreased by 32%. The rheological analysis indicated that the solid like behavior of HDPE composite be- came more significant with the increase of wood powder content.
