摘要
国际组织与外国政府出版物是国家图书馆重要的特藏资源之一,有着广阔的利用需求前景。面对数字化时代纸质文献量减少、信息利用需求猛增、用户使用信息的行为习惯发生变化所带来的挑战,国家图书馆探讨了应对之法,提出国际组织与外国政府文献信息资源整合服务平台建设的理念和具体方案。
International organizations and foreign government publications, one kind of al Library of China （NLC） , has a broad prospect of demand. Facing the challenges special collections in Nation- brought by the digital ages, such as the reduction of printed document, soaring demand of information and changes of user＇s habits of informa- tion access, the National Library of China researches on the way how to deal with those challenges. The NLC comes up with the construction conception and concrete plan of integration services platform of international organization and foreign government document information resource.
