摘要
采用固相烧结法制备抗电磁干扰锰锌铁氧体,研究了材料起始磁导率的减落。结果表明,晶格中Fe2+含量越高,起始磁导率的减落因数DF越大;居里温度越高,材料的减落因数DF越大。抗电磁干扰系列锰锌铁氧体材料的起始磁导率的减落系数d与材料起始磁导率大小有关。
Samples of anti-electromagnetic interference(EMI) Mn-Zn ferrite were prepared by solid-phase sintering method, and the disaccomodation of initial permeability was studied. The results indicate that the disaccomodation factor increases as a result of increase of FeE+ content in the spinel crystal lattice, and higher Curie temperature results in higher disaccomodation factor DF. The disaccomodation coefficient d of anti-EMI Mn-Zn ferrite is deoendent on its initial oermeabilitv.
