Gas Chromatographic-Mass Spectrometric Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds in Surface Water with Purge and Trap Sampling

摘要 建立了吹扫捕集—气相色谱/质谱法同时测定地表水中卤代烃类、苯系物、氯代苯类等20多种挥发性有机物的方法。对吹扫捕集条件、气相色谱条件和质谱条件进行优化,并对实际水样进行测定。方法检出限0.012~0.24μg/L,基体加标回收率为98.35%~105.51%,精密度(RSD,n=7)为1.56%~4.86%。方法准确,灵敏可靠,可满足地表水中痕量挥发性有机物的分析要求。 A method was developed for simultaneous detection of more than 20 volatile organic compounds (VOCs) including halogenated hydrocarbons, benzene series compounds, aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated benzenes in surface water by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with purge and trap sampling. The experimental conditions of purge and trap sampling and gas chromatographic-mass spectrometric determination were opt mized. The detection limits of the method for the volatile organic compounds were 0. 012 N 0.24 μg/L. The recovery rates were 98.35 %-105.51% with precision of 1.56 % -4.86 % RSD (n: 7). The results showed that the method was sensitive, accurate and suitable for the determination of trace VOCs in surface water.
