摘要
博士后科研成果转化机制,关系到促进科研成果转化,实现科研成果价值,推动企业技术创新,创造新的经济效益。以中国石化胜利油田为例,通过对博士后科研成果现状、分类、转化情况的调研,分析影响博士后科研成果转化的因素,提出促进博士后科研成果转化的以下建议:开展博士后科研交流活动、博士后技术服务行,探索建立博士后产业园区。
The mechanism of post-- doctorate＇s scientific research achievement transformation has an effect on accelerating scientific research achievement transformation, realizing the value of achievements, encouraging the technical innovation, and producing new economical efficiency. Taking Shengli Oilfield of SINOPEC as an example, the author surveys the existing situ- ation, category, and transformation of post--doctorates＂ scientific research achievements, analyze the factors influencing the transformation, and put forward to some suggestions.
