摘要 文章对准双曲面齿轮采用UG软件进行三维建模,分别对准双曲面主动齿轮的中心距按正常、偏置向左和偏置向右3种方式进行安装,通过ADAMS建立准双曲线齿轮的动力学模型,然后对所建立的模型添加约束和驱动,结合实际振动测试方法,采用虚拟样机技术研究准双曲线齿轮对微车后桥振动的影响;通过实际测试结果和动力学仿真结果比较分析,得出微车准双曲面齿轮装配误差影响微车主减速器振动结论,并提供了相应的理论依据。 The 3D entity modeling of hypoid gears is conducted by using UG software, and the center distance of driving gear of hypoid gears assembled is normal, left-skewed and right-skewed respective- ly. The dynamic model of hypoid gears is established by ADAMS software, and the constraints and the driving force are considered. Then, by using the virtual prototyping technology and the actual vi- bration testing method, the effect of hypoid gears on micro-vehicle rear axle vibration is studied. Fi- nally, through the comparative analysis of the actual testing results and the dynamic simulation re- suits, it is concluded that the assembly errors of the micro-vehicle hypoid gears can affect the vibration of micro-vehicle main reducer, and a theoretical basis is provided.
