摘要
在对质量和效率的追求日益激烈的今天,高等教育的管理理念、管理水平、人才培养的质量以及人才培养的过程都备受社会各界的关注。而作为"社会组织"的一个门类,高等教育管理的"质量"将直接关系到这一组织存在的意义、被社会认可的程度,关系到社会的未来走向。因此,在高等教育管理中,应将对教育质量的追求作为关键的战略加以实施,并根据自身的特点对其进行管理模式上的创新,以此来产生更多的社会效益,服务于社会发展。
In today＇ s increasingly intense pursuit of quality and efficiency, higher education management philosophy, management level, quality of talent training and talent training process much concern the community. As a “social organization”, the“ quality”of higher education management would directly relate to the significance of the existence of the organization, the possibility be recognized by society, the future of our society. Therefore, in the management of higher education, the pursuit of education quality should be as a key strategy to be implemented, and in accordance with its own characteristics, in order to generate more social benefits, serve social development, we should innovate its management mode.
