摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对普通外科手术后疼痛的影响。方法将我院接受普通外科手术后出现疼痛的患者100例随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组给予常规护理措施，观察组给予综合护理措施，评估2组护理效果。结果观察组患者应用PCA泵及止痛药例数均显著少于对照组。观察组患者疼痛程度I级例数明显多于对照组，Ⅲ级例数明显少于对照组。观察组患者总满意度明显高于对照组。结论综合护理在普通外科手术后疼痛患者中的应用效果显著，值得应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postopera- tive pain of patients undergoing general surgery. Methods 100 patients undergoing general surgery with postoperative pain were divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nurs- ing intervention. The nursing effect was compared between two groups. Results The number of cases us- ing the PCA and analgesics in the observation group was fewer than those in the control group, and there were significant difference between them. The cases of pain level I in the observation group were more than those in the control group, and the cases of pain level Ⅲ in the observation group were fewer than those in the control group, and there were significant difference between them. The satisfaction degree of the ob- servation group were more than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between them. Conclusions The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in cases with postoperative pain undergoing general surgery is obvious, so it is worth being used.
