摘要
社区矫正的规范运行离不开检察机关法律监督功能的有效发挥,然而,基于司法实践经验的有限以及理论研究的匮乏,社区矫正检察监督权在实际运行中面临着许多现实困境。剖析我国社区矫正检察监督中的各类矛盾,总结社区矫正及其法律监督在实践中的有益经验,对改进和完善我国社区矫正检察监督工作,具有重要的现实价值。
The standardized operation of community corrections is inseparable from the effective function of procuratorial organs＇ legal supervision.However,because of the limited experience in judicial practice and the lack of theoretical research,the right to prosecutorial supervision on community corrections faces many dilemmas in the actual operation.It is of important practical value for the improvement and perfecting of our prosecutorial supervision on community corrections to analyze various types of contradictions and summarize the useful experience in practice.
