摘要
建立科学的办案流程管理机制,是逐步实现案件管理工作规范化和现代化的要求。文章对基层检察机关案件管理机构的职能定位进行了论述,并从其运行体系的创建、标准化机制、监督机制、反馈解决机制运行等方面加以分析和探讨,以期科学定位、健全机制,推动案件管理工作取得新的成效。
Establishing a scientific case handling process management mechanism meets the requirements of progressively realizing the standardization and modernization of case management work.The article makes a statement of the function orientation of case management agencies of grass-roots procuratorial organs,analyzes and discusses the creation of its operating system,the operation of its standardized mechanisms,oversight mechanism,and feedback-settling mechanism,hoping to make scientific orientation,improve the mechanism,and promote the case management work so as to get new achievements.
