摘要
敏捷制造是一种分散网络化制造 ,它是适应市场需求 ,替代大批量生产的新的制造模式。制造资源信息建模是实现敏捷制造的关键技术。基于面向对象方法和 STEP标准建立了支持动态联盟的制造资源信息模型 ,除支持产品设计和制造的功能外 ,强调其支持动态联盟。制造资源信息分为概括信息和制造能力信息 2类 ,制造能力信息通过设备信息、产品信息和工艺能力信息表达。
Agile Manufacturing (AM), which deals with the new market requirement and replaces the mass production, is a dispersed and network production mode. Manufacturing resource information modeling is the critical technology for implementing AM. In the paper, the model of manufacturing resource information, based on the OOM (Object-Oriented Methodology) and STEP and supporting Virtual Enterprise, is established. In addition to the general function of supporting product design and manufacturing, it supports Virtual Enterprise specially. The manufacturing resource information is organized in two classes , one is named general information, the another is manufacturing ability information which is further classified into three catalogues: the facility information, product information and process information.
