摘要
在机械产品装配设计实践基础上提出 6种装配约束 ,对装配可行、装配可能和装配不可行 3种情况下的两零件装配可行性进行分析。对装配可行的两零件直接进行定位求解计算 ;对装配可能的两零件进行装配可行性判断后 ,再决定是否进行定位求解计算 ;对装配不可行的两零件不进行定位求解计算。
Based on practice of assembly design of mechanical products , six kinds of assembly constraints are put forth in the paper. Assembly-feasible, assembly-possible and assembly-infeasible regions are classed according to the combination of assembly constraints. Two parts in assembly-feasible regions are directly solved to determine their location and orientation in assembly drawing. Two parts in assembly-possible regions are analyzed according to their constraint conditions, then their location and orientation are calculated. The location and orientation of two parts in assembly-infeasible regions cannot be determined.
