摘要
提出并论述面向产品的 CAPP方法论 ,建立面向产品的 CAPP智能化概念体系 ,并分析讨论面向产品的 CAPP智能化关键技术。实践表明 ,以面向产品的 CAPP方法论为指导 ,形成基于知识库的智能化交互式 CAPP系统框架 ,才能真正理顺先进性与实用性、普及与提高等各方面的关系 ,满足企业对 CAPP广泛应用与集成的需求。
In this paper,a novel product-oriented CAPP methodology is proposed.A CAPP system should be an interactive and product data centered software system should support process planning functions as well as management of process plan and its documents.The authors believe that an intelligent CAPP system must depend on the knowledge base including abundant knowledge.With the product-oriented CAPP methodology,a knowledge-based interactive and intelligent CAPP system architecture and development model is put forward.And then,a CAPP application framework (CAPPFramework) system has been finished, and more than fifty CAPPFramework application systems have been successfully developed.
