摘要
目的探讨辽宁省女性护士睡眠障碍的影响因素,改善护士的身心健康及生命质量。方法于2010年10-11月采用横断面调查方法,随机抽取辽宁省有代表性的三个大、中、小城市的6所医院工作6个月以上575名女性护士为对象进行自填式问卷调查。采用付出-回报失衡问卷(ERI)和工作内容问卷(JCQ)评价职业紧张。Logistic回归分析探讨护士睡眠障碍的影响因素。结果辽宁省护士的睡眠障碍率为75.9%。按OR值的顺序,护士睡眠障碍的影响因素为职务是护士长(OR=5.644)、内在投入高(OR=2.592)、每周工作时间大于40 h(OR=2.349)、护患关系严重紧张(OR=1.801)和低决策自主(OR=1.596)。结论辽宁省女性护士的睡眠障碍与工作状况及职业紧张密切相关。
Objective This study was conducted to explore the influencing factors of sleep disorder among female nurses in Liaoning province, aiming at improving their health and life of quality. Methods A cross - sectional study was conducted during October and November, 2010. Totally, 575 female nurses who worked for more than 6 months in 6 hospitals in 3 cities representative of large, middle and small cities in Liaoning province were randomly selected. They were surveyed with questionnaire. Their occupational stress was evaluated with Effort - Reward Imbalance Questionnaire （ERI） and Job Content Questionnaire （JCQ）. Logistic regression analysis was performed to explore the influencing factors of the sleep disorder. Results The preva- lence of sleep disorder among female nurses in Liaoning province was 75.9 %. Logistic regression analysis indicated that the influencing factors of their sleep disorder were job position as a matron （ OR = 5. 644）, high overcommitment （ OR = 2. 592）, weekly work time 〉 40 h （OR = 2. 349）, strained nurse - patient relationship （OR = 1. 801 ） and low decision authority （OR = 1. 596）. Conclusions Work situations and occupational stress are associated with the sleep disorder of female nurses in Liaoning province.
