摘要
上海曹杨新村所遇到的问题在全国各地具有一定的代表性,其拥有一定的历史地位又决定了其特殊性,基于曹杨一村社会调查,提出适应性更新策略。
The issues encountered by Shanghai New Caoyang Village are typical around China; and its historical role leads to its particularity; based on the social investigation of Caoyang Village 1, adaptability renewal strategies are herein proposed.
