壳聚糖纳米粒在药物输送中的应用研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 纳米粒给药系统因具有组织靶向性、控释性等特点,已经成为药物输送系统研究的热点和重点。壳聚糖作为一种天然高分子阳离子聚合物,具有良好的生物可降解性、生物相容性及低毒性,因此被越来越多地用作纳米给药载体。本文简要介绍了壳聚糖及其衍生物的结构和性质、壳聚糖纳米粒的制备方法,重点综述了近年来壳聚糖纳米粒在口服控释制剂、递送抗癌药物、非病毒基因传递和眼部给药等药物输送系统中的研究应用进展。 Nanoparticles have been attracting a lot of attention in the drug delivery system due to the versatilities in targeting tissues,accessing deep molecular targets and controlling drug release,etc.As a natural cationic polymer,chitosan and its derivatives have been widely used as drug carriers due to their biodegradability,biocompatibility and low toxicity.This paper briefly reviews the properties of chitosan and the preparation of chitosan nanoparticles,with the emphasis on the application of chitosan nanoparticles in the delivery of the protein drug,anticancer drug,nonvirogene transmit and ocular drugs.
