摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶方法分别制备了 Ni- Zn铁氧体磁性微粉和含 B-Si玻璃的先体溶液,然后用颗粒包覆的方法将磁性微粉用此溶胶包覆起来,从而实现了同根电极共烧。材料的磁性、介电性能测试表明,随玻璃含量的增加,介电常数、介电损耗以及制备在样品上的电感均呈减小趋势;介电常数随温度的升高而增大,低频特性更为明显。XRD分析给出材料的主晶相为尖晶石结构,除此之外还有少量的玻璃相。
The Ni- Zn ferrite powder and B- Si solution were prepared by sol- gel methods. The ferrite particles were coated through the B-Si solution. It is possible to co-fire this material with silver at lower temperature. The dielectric constant, dielectric loss and inductance prepared on the surface of sample are decreased with increasing of glass content. Dielectric constant was increased with increasing of temperature and this increase is obviously under lower frequency. The phase of material is spinel and contains a little glass phase.
