摘要
目的观察鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎鼻息肉术后冲洗的临床效果。方法将我院2006年来收治的鼻内镜手术治疗的鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者50例,随机分成对照组和观察组各25例,观察组抽出鼻腔填塞物后,以生理盐水进行鼻腔冲洗,每日1～2次,每次约500mL,连续冲洗4～8周;对照组术后不进行鼻腔冲洗。观察两组患者术后1个月、3个月和6个月恢复情况,评价术后冲洗的临床效果。结果观察组术后1个月、3个月和6个月治疗总有效率和治愈率均高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后上皮化时间(63.5±6.5)d明显少于对照组的(88.3±8.2)d,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在鼻内镜手术后用生理盐水进行鼻腔冲洗治疗,可使患者恢复时间缩短,提高手术临床疗效,且操作简便,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of nasal douche after nasal endoscopic surgery on nasal sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods 50 patients with nasal sinusitis and nasal polyps were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The nasal douches were given to patients in the observation group, but not to those in the control group. Results The total effective rates and curative ratio in observation group were higher than that in control group, and the epithelization times in observation group was （63.5± 6.5） d, which was notably lower than （88.3 ± 8.2） d of the control group. Both the differences had statistical significances （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Nasal douche alter nasal endoscopic surgery can speed up postoperative recovery, and improve operation curative effect. It is worth wide using in clinic.
