摘要 目前国内大部分Shell煤气化工艺湿洗塔受操作温度、煤种、负荷影响,出口出现超温现象,本文通过分析Shell粉煤气化工艺湿洗塔出口超温原因,得出超温后将加快激冷气压缩机进口三通处腐蚀,必须通过优化操作温度,稳定适合运行的煤种及尽可能高负荷地运行,才能充分发挥出装置的潜能和优势。 In present, most wet washing tower of Shell powdered coal gasifying process appeared exit over - temperature that influenced by operation temperature, the kind of coal and loading. As the exit overtemperature cause analyzed, it was found that the enter three - way pipe corrosion was accelerated in quench gas compressor by over - temperature. So, the operation temperature should be optimized, the suitable kind of coal be stable and be running in high load as possible, the potency and superiority of the device could be functioning adequately.
