Numerical Simulation of Shaft Tubular Water Turbine with Super-low Head

摘要 为便于结构简单、安装维护方便、水力性能优良的竖井贯流式机组在我国得到推广应用,结合苏北某电站的设计参数,研究开发了一种设计水头约为2m的超低水头竖井贯流式水轮机,利用CFD软件,采用雷诺时均Navier-Stokes控制方程、S-A湍流模型和SIMPLC算法,对水轮机进行了三维全流场数值模拟,分析了最优方案的内部流场,并对比得到原型数模、模型数模的效率及流量整体相差均在±3%之内,模型数模与模型试验的数据吻合较好。 Shaft tubular turbines' structure is simple,installation and maintenance are convenient and hydraulic performance is well.To develop and promote shaft tubular turbines in China,a super-low head shaft tubular turbine with 2m is designed based on the design parameters of hydropower station in north of Jiangsu Province.Based on the Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations,the S-A turbulence model and SIMPLEC algorithm,the three-dimensional flow passage of the turbine is numerical simulated by using CFD software.Interior flow filed distribution for the optimal solution is analyzed.The numerical simulation results of prototype turbine and model turbine are compared and the overall deviations of efficiency and discharge are within 3%.It shows that the numerical simulation results of the model turbine coincide well the test results.
