摘要
目的观察耳穴贴压加针灸治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效及复发率。方法将113例女性肱骨外上髁炎患者随机分为治疗组(67例)、对照组(46例)。两组取穴相同,分别采取耳穴贴压加针灸治疗或针灸治疗。2个疗程后观察疗效,半年后观察复发率。结果治疗组总有效率为97.1%,对照组为84.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);半年后治疗组复发率为10.9%,对照组为52.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压加针灸治疗肱骨外上髁炎总有效率优于单纯针灸治疗,且复发率低。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of auricular point plaster therapy plus acupuncture and moxibustion in treating external humeral epicondylitis and its recurrence rate. Method One hundred and thirteen patients with external humeral epicondylitis were randomly allocated to a treatment group （67 cases） and a control group （46 cases）. The same acupoints were selected for the two groups that received auricular point plaster therapy plus acupuncture and moxibustion and acupuncture and moxibustion alone, respectively. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after two courses of treatment. The recurrence rate was examined after six months. Result The total efficacy rate was 97.1% in the treatment group and 84.8% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. After six months, the recurrence rate was 10.9% in the treatment group and 52.4% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The total efficacy rate of auricular point plaster therapy plus acupuncture and moxibustion is higher than that of acupuncture and moxibustion alone in treating external humeral epicondylitis, and the recurrence rate is lower in the former.
