全子宫切除与次全子宫切除术后性生活变化 被引量：1

摘要 通过回顾全子宫切除术(total abdominal hysterectomy TAH)与次全子宫切除术(subtotal abdominal hysterectomy SAH)目前的研究,可知两种术式对患者术后性生活影响还不确定,有待进一步的研究。本文就两种术式对术后性生活影响从解剖生理、内分泌及心理因素等方面进行综述。有助于临床医生了解手术范围不同对患者术后性生活影响,以便更好地选择手术方式。
