摘要
通过对传统螺旋千斤顶的分析,研究了双螺旋副3节伸缩式千斤顶。双螺纹副伸缩式千斤顶由内层螺旋副和外层螺旋副构成主要工作机构,通过内层螺旋副螺旋升角大于外层螺旋副螺旋升角保证中心螺杆在先外层螺杆在后的起升次序。2个螺旋副之间的衔接依靠中心垫片和中心螺杆挡肩等零件来实现。通过实例设计完成了双螺纹副伸缩式千斤顶的设计工作并试制成功,经测试,产品满足了设计基本参数要求,具有一定的使用价值。
By analyzing the traditional screw jack,this paper studied 3-section double screw pair telescopic jack.It consists of inner layer and outer layer screw pairs.The screw angle of the inner layer is bigger than that of the outer layer,which can ensure the correct lifting sequence that the center bolt lifts firstly followed by the outer screw.The join between the two screw pairs relies on the central gasket and the shoulder block of the center bolt.A design example of the double screw pair telescopic jack was completed and tested successfully.It can meet the basic design requirements of the product parameters,and has a certain value after the test.
