摘要
“组织、领导、参加恐怖活动组织罪”是我国９７刑法新确立的一个罪名，本文作者在对各种学说进行分析的基础上，提出了自己对这一概念的界定和特征的认识。
The crime of a terrorist organization as defined in the amended criminal law 'rganize, conduct and affiliate with a terrorist organization', is a newly defined crime. In addition, the author comes up with a new definition and explication about the terminology.
