摘要
本文通过探析宪法在法治中的地位和作用，揭示了依法治国的核心是依宪治国，并根据中国的国情，进一步提出和探讨了保障宪法实施的措施。
The author of the thesis makes full exploration of the legal position and significance of the constitution, deciding that the essential problems of running the state according to Law initially originates from governing in accordance with the constitution. Moreover, the author comes up with some proposals on how to carry out the laws of the constitution.
