摘要
通过挂点干部到班组开展"形势任务教育、组织学习培训、解决生产难题、分析员工思想动态",着力提升干部管理能力,切实发挥干部在班组建设中的重要作用。
Cadres are dispatched to each working team to inform workers of new tasks and demands imposed by the time, to organize collective study and training, to help solve production problems and to analyze the changes of workers＂ thoughts. Hopefully through these practices cadres could improve their management capabilities so as to play a critical role in the development of working teams.
