Lung Care软件对孤立性肺部小结节性质判定的价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价Lung Care软件对孤立性肺部小结节(SPN)性质判定的价值。方法选择12例SPN患者,行胸部CT检查,利用Lung Care软件的容积分析功能进行SPN体积测量,计算结节体积倍增时间及容积增长率。结果通过12个月随访,7例SPN患者结节体积明显增大,最后证实为恶性结节;4例SPN患者结节体积缩小,1例结节体积略增大,最后证实为良性结节。结论 Lung Care软件能有效测量结节体积,对SPN性质判定有一定帮助。
