摘要
目的观察柴芍六君汤治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法将76例肝郁脾虚型慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为2组,各38例;治疗组予以柴芍六君汤化裁治疗,对照组给予护肝片治疗,疗程2个月。结果治疗组总有效率为86.84%,对照组为73.68%(P<0.05);治疗后两组中医证候积分显著下降(P<0.01),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组ALT、AST均降低(P<0.01),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柴芍六君汤治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性乙型肝炎疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Chaishao Liujun Decoction＂ in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B of liver depression and spleen deficiency. Methods Seventy-six subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 38 cases were treated by ＂ Chaishao Liujun Decoction＂ and control group in which 38 cases were treated by ＂Hugan Tablet＂, with a course of two months. Results The overall effective rate was 86.84% in the treatment group and 73.68% in the control group （P 〈 O. 05 ） ; the symptom scores were dem^ased in both groups （P ~ O. O1 ） , with lower score in the treatment group than in the control group （ P ~ 0.05 ） ; after treatment, the contents of ALT and AST were reduced in both groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , with lower content in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ＂Chaishao Liujun Decoction＂ is quite effective for chronic hepatitis B of liver depression and spleen deficiency.
