摘要
知识经济时代，科技发展日新月异，人力的素质和技能成为知识经济实现的先决条件，对学报青年编辑的素质也提出更高的要求。它包括思想素质、科学文化素质和能力素质等。学报青年编辑要适应知识经济的要求，需要不断加强学习，积极参加交流和编辑实践；以提高自身的素质。
Science and technology develops quickly in knowledge economy. The quality and skill of people are the precondition that knowledge economy is being. The young editor of academic journal must have higher qualities in knowledge economy, which conclude ideology quality, science and culture quality and ability quality. The young editor of academic journal should improve the quality of himself by studying continuously as well as joining intercommunication and editorial practice so as to adapt the knowledge economy.
