摘要
介绍了毒死蜱、噻虫嗪、吡虫啉等3种重要杀虫剂中间体的合成与产业化。毒死蜱的生产工艺有环合法和吡啶法两种路线,吡啶路线是一种比较环保的工艺技术。吡虫啉的生产工艺也有吡啶衍生物路线和环合路线两种,目前我国几乎全部采用环合路线。噻虫嗪的重要中间体2-氯-5-氯甲基噻唑以环合法为主,有多条合成路线。
The synthesis and development of three kinds of important pesticides intermediates, including chlorpyri- fos,thiamethoxam,imidacloprid,were introduced. Cyclization route and pyridine route are two kinds of technologies for chlorpyrifos production,pyridine route is more environmentally friendly technology. And cyclization route and pyridine route are also technologies for imidacloprid, the former route is the main technology in China at present. The important intermediate 2-chloro-5-chloromethylthiazole can be synthesized by cyclization route with a number of synthetic routes.
