摘要
谢建群教授认为,反流性食管炎病因多重,病势缠绵,病机复杂,属本虚标实之证;临床当先辨病,后辨证,再处方。
This paper introduces Professor Xie Jianqun＇ s experience in the differentiation and treatment of reflux esophagitis. It is argued that reflux esophagitis is etiologically muhiple and pathologically complicated, of deficiency in root and excess in branch; its treatment is sequentially based on diso~＇ders, syndromes and prescriptions. A typical case was presented.
