介绍了基于信捷XCM系列PLC的步进电机控制在半自动贴片机中的应用,论述了步进电机控制的设计方案,并以贴片头Z轴的控制为例详细阐述了其软硬件的实现方法。
This paper introduces the application of the stepper motor control in surface mounting machine based on the XINJE XCM series PLC. Emphatically, the scheme of PLC-based stepper motor control system is discussed. Then, the realization method of its hardware and software is explained in detail by means of the example of z-axis of automatic chip mounting process
