摘要
建立了管式炉灼烧重量法测定红土镍矿中化合水含量的方法。红土镍矿样品在管式炉中于1000℃灼烧40min,其所含化合水和吸湿水可完全释放出来被干燥剂吸附,干燥剂的质量增量为化合水及吸湿水合量,合量值减去吸湿水含量即为化合水含量。方法的准确性和精密度较好,能够满足日常生产检测需要。
This study established a novel method to determine combined water in laterite nicekel ores.The sample was ignited at 1000℃ temperature for 40 minutes and waters released from sample were absorbed by desiccant.The combined water content was calculated by Gravimetric method.It was proved that the method we established in this paper was accurate and simple with a satisfactory precision and was suitable for the routine quality control analysis.
