摘要
介绍用自制的快速冻土切削试验台,在不同的温度、含水量、切削速度和切削深度的条件下进行的冻土切削试验,分析了这些外界条件对切削比阻及切削破坏形态的影响。试验结果表明,在含水量中等和较高及温度较低时,冻土的切削主要以刀具撕裂冻土的破坏形式出现,深切削比浅切削省功,刀具磨损小。
A series of experiments for frozen soil cutting under various temperatures,water contents,cutting speeds and depths are conducted by means of a fast-speed frozen soil cutting apparatus developed by the arthors.The effects of these conditions on the specific cutting re- sistance,specific energy and broken pattern of frozen soil are analysed.The results show that the main broken pattern can be described as a process in which the frozen soil is torn away by cutting tools,and that energy consumption as well as tool wear are lower in deep cutting than in shallow cutting.
