摘要
钢屋架的吊装工艺在工业厂房的建设和改造中得到越来越多的应用,它是整个施工过程成败的关键。经过多年的实践,通过对大跨度钢屋架结构进行受力分析和吊装系统改进,提出了大跨度钢屋架扁担吊装工艺,相对于常规的吊装方法,其有着轻便灵活的优点。起吊扁担结构简单,设备投入小,安装现场所需空间相对减少,在保证施工过程安全性、稳定性和质量符合要求的基础上,有效地缩短了工期,提高了经济效益。
Technology for large span steel roof truss has been widely used in the construction and reconstruction of in dustrial buildings, which is the key to the whole construction process. After many years of practice, based on the force anal- ysis of structure for large span steel roof truss and the improvement of hoisting system, put forward the technology of carry ing pole for large span steel roof truss, which has the advantages of lightweight and nimble. The structure of the carrying pole is simple, it just needs customary instruments, and even the space of construction needed for installation of equipment is smaller, on the basis of ensuring the safety and stability in the construction process and of the quality requests, the con- struction period is shortened and the economic benefit is increased efficiently.
