摘要
剥皮机是近几年由国外引进,通过无心铣削加工棒料钢材,具有高速、高效、高精度的先进工艺技术。本文介绍了刀盘结构和浮动刀架的设计要点,结合三维软件对刀盘结构和浮动刀架做了深入的剖析,能直观地看到各个部件的连接装配,并且结合有限元对受力情况进行了分析。实践表明,此设计方法可以增加刀具的工艺刚度和旋转稳定性,满足对圆钢的深加工要求,但也有不足之处,如刀片磨损严重。因此,若要在技术上有所突破,还有较大的困难。
Peeling machine was imported from abroad, it is the advanced process of high speed, high effective, high precision through steel of no core milling. The paper introduced the design points of knife dish structure and floating tool structure, and did analysis for them combined with 3D software, which made it possible that seeing assembling of every part directly, at the same time, did force analysis combined with finite element analysis. Through real application, the way can increase process hardness and rotate stability of tools, meet the requirements of deep processing to round steel, but some shortcomings were found such as serious wearing of tools, so it is difficult for breakthrough in technology.
