摘要
大学生起薪是衡量大学生就业竞争力的一项重要指标。在文献研究的基础上,从人力资本和社会资本的视角对大学生起薪的影响因素进行了分析。此外,在实证研究中,通过调研问卷收集数据,运用层级回归的方法,发现人力资本是求职者提高起薪的核心因素,而社会资本虽然提升求职者对起薪水平的心理预期、为求职者带来更多的机会和选择,但影响力并不显著。在此基础上对高校人才培养模式提出建议。
Starting salary is one of the main indicators in measuring the competiveness of college graduates. Based on literature review,factors that may influence the starting salary have been found,from the views of human capital and social capital. An empirical study has been conducted by sending questionnaires; moreover, method of hierarchical regression has been used. As a result,the human capital play a key role, however,though the social capital can level up the mental expectations and offer more opportunities and choices to graduates,its influence is not striking. Moreover, based on the research, some advises has been given.
