摘要
作为物流金融的深化和发展,供应链金融为所涉及的主体带来了巨大的利益预期。在分析供应链金融的形成动因的及其现实可行性的基础上,阐述了供应链金融与物流金融的区别、供应链金融的主体、供应链金融运作方式及其特点。最后,给出了供应链金融的发展策略。
As an extended and developed mode of logistic financing,supply chain financing brings about great expecting profit for involved entities. On analyzing the motivation of supply chain financing and the feasibility of supply chain finaneing,the differences between supply chain financing and logistic financing, the entities of supply chain financing,the basic operation modes and characteristics of supply chain financing are introduced. Finally, suggestions on developing supply chain financing are put forward.
