摘要
利用热泵式贮藏装置进行绿色未熟香橙的长期低温贮藏试验。试验按有无预措处理、有无聚乙烯塑料薄膜包装、不同的预措温度和贮藏温度分别组合成2次10个实验区进行。结果表明,香橙在预措温度为20~25℃,贮藏温度为3~5℃有包装的条件下,可以长期贮存90~105d,仍有较高的食用和商品价值。
A series of experiments of long-period low temperature storage for green kabosu fruits (citrus sphaerocarpa) are carried out by using the heat pump storage system under the conditions of prior-curing or no prior-curing,wrapping or no-wrapping with polyethlene film ,different curing and storage temperatures.The results show that green kabosu fruits can be keeped in good quality after 90-105 days of storage in 3-5℃ storage temperature with polyethlene film wrapping and 20-25℃ prior curing.
