高频声表面横波谐振器研制 被引量:2

Study of Surface Transverse Wave Resonators with High Frequency

摘要 声表面横波具有比瑞利波高1.6倍的波速,声表面横波谐振器具有一阶温度系数(TFC)为0,工作频率高,损耗小,耐功率能力强及振动灵敏度低等特点。该文叙述了声表面横波工作原理,研制出了频率达到1 439MHz、1 989MHz、2 491MHz的声表面横波谐振器。 Surface transverse wave is 1.6 higher in velocity than Raiyleigh type surface acoustic wave,which also has the characteristics for zero for TCF, higher frequency,low insert loss, high capacity of endure power and low vibrating sensitivity. This paper descripts the theory of surface transverse wave,and surface transverse resonators with frequency of 1 4397 MHz,1 989 MHz and 2 491 MHz are developed.
