摘要
目的总结鼻内镜下经鼻手术治疗慢性泪囊炎围手术期的护理体会。方法采用鼻内镜下鼻腔泪道吻合术治疗46例慢性泪囊炎患者,并给予合适的术前、术后护理。结果治愈37例(80.4%),好转9例(19.6%),无效0例,有效率100%,且均未见鼻腔粘连等术后并发症发生。结论鼻内镜下鼻腔泪道吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎安全有效,术后处理快捷,给予围手术期护理对于保证手术效果具有积极意义。
Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing experience in endoscopic nasal lacrimal duct anastomosis in treatment of the patients with chronic dacryocystitis. Methods 46 patients with chronic dacryocystitis were treated with endoscopic nasal lacrimal duct anastomosis and appropriate preoperative and postoperative care. Results In the 46 patients, 37 cases （ 80. 4% ） were cured, 9 cases were improved （ 19.6% ）, and none cases was ineffective. The effective rate was 100% without any postoperative complications such as adhesion of nasal cavity. Conclusion Endoscopic nasal lacrimal duct anastomosis in the treatment of the patients with chronic dacryocystitis is effective and safe and the postoperative treatment is fast. They have positive significance in ensuring the smooth operation and the effects of the surgery.
