摘要
全国高校教学基本状态数据库系统的建立,为加强教学质量管理提供了条件。该系统适合教学质量实施全面监控的需要,符合多样化教学质量监控的模块构成。应通过教学基本状态数据的采集,推进相关制度的建立,实施质量监控;通过教学基本状态数据库查找问题,分析原因,有效完善质量监控体系;通过教学基本状态数据反馈的信息,有效促进教学质量监控水平提高;通过对教学基本状态数据库的规范化管理,扩大质量监控效果。应利用该系统向公众开放的功能,更好地实施教学质量民主监督与社会监督。
The establishment of national college teaching basic status database system has provided conditions to strengthen teaching quality management. The system meets the need of overall monitoring teaching quality, and is in line with the diversified teaching quality control modules. We should promote the establishment of related systems and carry out quality control by collec- ting teaching basic status data; find out problems, analyze causes and effectively improve quality control system through teaching basic status database ; effectively promote the teaching quality monitoring level through the feedback information of teaching basic status data; enhance quality monitoring effects through the standardized management of teaching basic status database. The sys- tem＇ s function of opening to the public should be used to better carry out democratic supervision and social supervision of teach- ing quality.
