摘要
唾液替代物(人工唾液)能够替代天然唾液,对口腔干燥症的治疗具有重要作用。本文从基质材料、护齿辅料和剂型三个方面系统综述了唾液替代物制剂处方研究的进展。新的制剂处方能更好的减轻口干症状,更好地满足患者需求。
Saliva substitute （artificial saliva}can substitute natural saliva lwhich plays an important role in the therapy of dry mouth（ or xerostomia）. This article reviewed the research progress on formulation of saliva substitute in the following three aspects：base materials,supplements of protecting oral cavity and teeth, and dosage forms. New formulation of saliva substitute can preferably relieve the symptoms of dry mouth and satisfy clinical patients.
