摘要
本文通过分析纳米银的呼吸系统毒性、皮肤毒性、发育和遗传毒性等在体生物毒性以及体外细胞毒性,对纳米银的抗菌活性和生物安全性方面的研究进展进行了综述,以期提供全面的毒理学评价资料,为建立评价纳米银生物安全性的标准方法,并以此为基础制备高效低毒的纳米银制剂提供参考。
This article summarized the research progress of antibacterial action and biological safety of nano silver, through analysis on the respiratory toxicity,skin toxicity,the digestive system toxicity,development and genetic toxicity in body biological toxicity and cell toxicity of nano silver, in order to provide data for comprehensive toxicological assessment and provide reference for establishment of standard evaluation methods for biological safety of nano silver and preparation of hiah- effective and low -toxicity nano silver.
