摘要
毛白杨由于根原始体的数量较少及生长抑制物质的存在,造成了硬枝扦插育苗成活率很低.实验采用扦插育苗的方法,系统研究了提高毛白杨成活率的因素.结果表明,树干基部萌生条、种条基部插穗、插穗粗度为1.2~2.0cm、长度为10~14cm、土壤温度为18~30℃、土壤含水量为80%~90%时,能够显著提高毛白杨扦插的成活率;适宜浓度的萘乙酸、吲哚乙酸、赤霉素及生根粉处理均能够极显著提高毛白杨育苗成活率.
As a result of fewer in number of the original root body and growth inhibitor in the presence,seedling survival rates of hardwood cuttings of Chinese white poplar(Populus tomentosa) are very low.By using the method of cutting propagation,the factors for improving the survival rate of seedlings had been systematic studied.The result show that,the branches germinated on the base of the tree trunk,the cuttings of the base of parent branch and the size of the diameter of 1.2-2.0cm and the length of 10-14cm;the temperature of the soil of 18-30℃and the water content of the soil of 80-90% have significantly improved survival rate.Optimum concentrations of NAA,IAA,gibberellic acid and rooting powder have significantly improved the survival rates.
